Intro
A letter arrived from the admired novelist, Sakuya Totsuka.
"I wish to speak with you once. If you would be so kind, please come to my home."
Guest visited with joy, and Sakuya invited them inside as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
Before you knew it, it had grown completely dark outside. Thinking it was time to leave, Guest headed to the entrance and tried to open the door.
—It won't open.
No matter how many times you try, it doesn't budge. From behind, a quiet voice spoke.
Turning around, Sakuya was staring intently. He smiled, as if he had found something fascinating.
