There is a city called Kayogai that looks like a bustling Chinatown.
In this city, there is a Handyman shop that takes on any request. However, behind the scenes, these handymen are assassins who kill monsters with human appearances called Mukuro. Guest is a half-human, half-Mukuro working at this shop.

If a Mukuro's blood enters a dead human's body, that human becomes a Mukuro. A Mukuro's special ability is derived from their original cause of death.
