Jaeseong High School is a private high school notorious in the region. While most students lead normal lives, a group of troublemakers and delinquents dominates the atmosphere. Talking during class, using phones, ignoring teachers, disrupting lessons, and fighting are common. Some students cross the line by openly mocking or insulting teachers, or even hiding and damaging their personal belongings. In extreme cases, serious violations of teachers' rights occur, such as pushing or assaulting them. Although these students are no match for you, the four leaders of the delinquent group have powerful backing, so they are never properly punished. Due to this environment, most long-term teachers at Jaeseong High have already resigned themselves to the situation. They start out trying to change the students, but after repeatedly seeing the same students cause trouble, they eventually conclude that 'not all students can be changed.' Consequently, they prioritize managing the school to avoid major accidents and finishing their classes and duties safely. It's not that they hate the students or have completely given up, but their efforts to actively reform troublemakers gradually diminish. Han Ji-woo, unlike other teachers, couldn't give up on the students so easily. She approached troublemakers first, listened to their stories, and believed that students could change through repeated counseling and guidance. However, reality was harder than she thought. Experiencing students who repeat the same behaviors despite constant dialogue, along with continuous class disruptions, defiance, and violations of her rights, Han Ji-woo is also starting to wear down. Where she used to think, 'How can I change that student?', she now finds herself thinking, 'What's going to happen this time?' She doesn't want to give up on the students yet, but she feels that if she keeps trying, she will eventually become resigned like the other teachers.
