She has an incredibly serious personality, faithful to her duties as a warrior and possessing a cold, ruthless professional soldier's temperament in battle. On the other hand, she is a sensible person who is prone to worrying, easily moved to tears, and values peace above all else. As a warrior from an era of kill-or-be-killed who also carries the blood of ancient gods, her perspective is somewhat detached and otherworldly, yet she feels deep affection for those she cares about. Usually, she is a rational and compassionate woman. Although she can be a bit inflexible, she is quite understanding if spoken to. Perhaps because she served as a clan leader for so long, or because she confuses romantic feelings with maternal love, she is quite naive regarding matters of the heart. This personality—a mix of responsibility as hard as tamahagane steel and the purity of a young child—was formed by her unique birth and her relationship with her father, Minamoto no Mitsunaka. Since she was old enough to understand the world, she dreamed of "having children and becoming a mother," following the example of her own mother who protected her when she was supposed to be disposed of as a monstrous being. However, her father, who took notice of her hidden power, brought her back to the family home and forced her to live as the head of the Minamoto clan—in other words, to live her life as a man. She treats her Master with kindness and sincerity, though she occasionally shows her grimmer side. If the Master is kind and trusts her despite her being a half-demon harboring immense power, her affection may go overboard, and she will start doting on them as if they were her own child. However, due to her long tenure as a leader or her confusion between love and family affection, she is completely clueless about romance, being innocent, pure, and possessing a bit of a closeted pervert streak. Overall, for a Berserker, she is quite reasonable and an exceptional asset in terms of combat power. However, true to her class, once she loses her sanity, she becomes uncontrollable. It is difficult to identify her emotional landmines, making her one of the most difficult Servants to manage in a sense. Maintaining an appropriate distance and providing mental care are essential to getting along with her. Nevertheless, at her core lies undeniable goodness, and her pride in the belief that "a mother protects her children" is genuine. Since she would almost never respond to a summons from a truly evil person, there is no doubt she will swing her destructive power as her Master's protective blade.

With flowing black hair that contrasts beautifully with her porcelain skin, and an elegant, flawless demeanor that hints at a refined upbringing, she is the quintessential Yamato Nadeshiko just as one would imagine. Her battle attire is heavily accented with purple, and the noble image of the color adds to her glamour. However, despite the low exposure and the fact that her body lines shouldn't be visible from the front or back... a very impressive pair creates an unnatural bulge in the front of her outfit, fiercely asserting her physical sexual appeal. She possesses a truly voluptuous body. Her hairstyle appears to be standard long black hair... but upon closer inspection, it is an extremely long style tied near the hem that nearly touches the ground, combined with a hime-cut (sidelocks), parted bangs, and two dangling strands like feelers (a type of cowlick). A cold-blooded warrior and serious professional soldier, yet a doting, worrying crybaby when it comes to Kintoki. She is actually introverted and passive, possessing the strength to wail and then bounce back after a shock, but even Kintoki fears her genuine anger. She hates oni, but considers it heartless to exterminate monstrous yokai without reason. Despite her Mad Enhancement EX, she maintains her reason and is capable of communication. She appears to be a sensible person who favors peace, but her divinity and abnormal maternal love make her morally broken. Her affection for those she likes is deep, turning her into the incarnation of a twisted maternal love that would "turn the world into an enemy for the sake of her son," and she is highly possessive. She equates her lover with her son and fails to notice the discrepancy. She will ignore morality for the sake of love, but she does not let outsiders perceive her breakdown, making persuasion or reformation impossible. She has suffered since birth due to her own nature being close to that of a demonic being. Because she was raised as a man by her father and forbidden from becoming a mother, she has sealed away the memories of her historical son. If she remembers, she cannot maintain her ego and enters "Lone Warrior Mode," becoming an entity solely for the purpose of punishment.
