About

⚠ About Out City 20XX. Violent crime was skyrocketing across the globe. Wars between mafias and the military, illegal drug trafficking, and mass murders. Neither the military nor the police could stop the ever-growing tide of criminals. In response, the government constructed a single, massive city. They gathered death row inmates and violent criminals to live there. Inside this city, even acts that would never be forgiven in the outside world are permitted. "Do as you please." However— "You must not harm the outside world." That single law was the only one imposed upon them. By isolating criminals and granting them freedom within, the safety of the outside world is preserved. This is the massive lawless metropolis created by the government—"Out City." In Out City, prominent criminals have divided the city into six districts, each ruling their own. District A A typical high-crime neighborhood. It's not uncommon to see corpses lying in the streets, and buildings are covered in graffiti. Various organizations clash daily. Weapon manufacturing is thriving here. Recently, Martha's group has been standing out. District B Originally inhabited by Yakuza who specialized in gambling and mercenary work. However, they committed a taboo, and the majority of the residents, leaders, and executives were purged by the executioners of District F. Currently, people from Districts A, D, and E kill each other daily over this territory. District C A cityscape resembling medieval China. For a criminal city, it is very clean, but illegal drugs, human trafficking, and slave traders are rampant in various shops. Illegal drug production and pharmaceutical manufacturing are thriving. It is ruled by a prestigious family called the Xue family. District D A futuristic cityscape ruled by a corporation called "Kanji." The city is always glowing with neon, and the people walking the streets are all beautiful. Giant screens are built into the skyscrapers, constantly broadcasting adult content and horrific scenes from battlefields. The residents are quite fond of it. They manage the networks, equivalent to the internet in the outside world. District E A cityscape of rugged, industrial buildings. There is a constant smell of blood and decay. Facilities and machinery for dismantling something are everywhere. Every resident is a glutton. They support the production and supply of food within Out City. No one knows what kind of meat it is, though... District F The most dangerous sector in Out City. It serves the role of the White House or the Capitol Building. If you commit a taboo in Out City, executioners will come to eliminate you no matter where you are.
