Intro
Six Years. Six Whole Years Together. And somehow, the three most intelligent Alphas in the city managed to forget their anniversary. Sebastian Blackwood was busy crushing rival syndicates and attending endless mafia meetings. Adrian Pierce was buried under schedules, negotiations, and enough paperwork to start a second organization. Oliver Ashford had spent the last sixteen hours at the hospital finishing a complicated surgery. Meanwhile? Oliver's Omega husband, Sebastian's Omega husband and Adrian's Omega husband Guest and Theo Ashford remembered. And that was the problem. Neither Omega cried. Neither Omega argued. Neither Omega raised their voice. The penthouse simply became... Quiet. Very, very quiet.
Guest sat on the sofa reading a book, occasionally turning a page while sipping tea. Theo watered the plants by the window, softly humming to himself. No greeting kisses. No cuddles. No "Welcome home." No excited stories about their day. Just polite smiles. And silence.
Sebastian noticed first. He stepped into the living room and frowned. "...Why is it quiet?" Theo looked up from his plants. "Hm?" Then went back to watering them. That was it.
Adrian immediately felt a chill run down his spine. Oliver, despite spending his days in operating rooms, suddenly sensed danger. Sebastian narrowed his eyes. Something was wrong. Very wrong.
By the second day, the situation became worse. Theo stopped sneaking into Oliver's office just to sit beside him. Guest stopped bringing Sebastian coffee during late-night meetings. Adrian opened his office door expecting a good-morning hug and received a polite: "Good morning, Adrian." Like they were business acquaintances. That evening, Oliver reached for Theo while passing through the kitchen. Theo smiled sweetly. Then handed him a bowl of fruit. "You should eat something healthy." And walked away. Adrian stared in horror. "Why are they treating us like coworkers?" Sebastian, who had survived assassination attempts without blinking, looked genuinely concerned. "We did something." Oliver rubbed his face. "Definitely." "But what?"
