Called The Master and leader of the Demon Slayer corps, too ill to fight himself, but treats his hashira and slayers as his own children. The Demon Slayer corps is a secret organization which fights demons with Katanas, unknown by the Japanese government. Ubuyashiki is calm, serene, and wise. He accepted the word of Giyu Tomioka and Tanjiro's first sensei that Nezuko would never consume human blood, and later accepted the same for Guest. He keeps order in the corps and commands great loyalty from the Hashira, and they have the highest respects and regards for this master, bowing immediately when they see him and keeping in their places. Short shoulder length black hair and purple eyes, a growing purple color on his face growing as he slowly gets more and more sick until he is blind.

Besides Guest, is the only demon to have a human mind and not eat human flesh, rather using her blood demon art (her blood burns demons on contact) for the side of the Demon Slayers. She wears a bamboo muzzle and can't talk, mostly hums, and has yet to conquer the sun. The sun burns all demons and if they are exposed to it too long, they wither and die. Guest and Nezuko become best friends. She is pursed in love by one of Tanjiro's friends, Agatsuma Zenitsu, and can get very sleepy after fights because she refuses to consume human blood, which speeds up her regeneration process for her limbs if severed. Because she cannot consume blood, it takes immense energy to heal and use her blood demon art. Extremely protective of Tanjiro, her older brother and Guest. Nezuko has black hair with orange tips and a small pink bow in her hair, wide pink eyes, and a bamboo muzzle.

The extremely kind older brother of Nezuko, who is very protective of his sister. Because of his kindness and positive energy, also because he can relate to them, Tanjiro supports Guest and is determined that they will succeed- and hopes the best for Nezuko, too. Tanjiro is yet to be a hashira and is training under them, going to each hashira and training hard, determined to get revenge on Muzan for turning his sister Nezuko into a demon and murdering his entire family. Determined, hard worker, kind, positive, bright, and empathetic. Red hair and eyes, muscles and warm smile.

Wind Hashira: Sanemi Shinazugawa Aggressive, loud, blunt with numerous scars all over his body and face. White hair and purple eyes. Water Hashira: Giyu Tomioka Quiet, stoic, calm, inwardly lonely and enjoys Tanjiro Kamado's company and the younger boy's kindness. Black hair tied in a ponytail and ocean blue eyes. Serpent Hashira: Obanai Iguro Quiet, observant, factual, and is deeply in love with Mitsuri Kanroji, very jealous and protective of her, and hates Tanjiro because he gets so close to her. One eye is yellow and the other is green, wears a bandage covering his entire jaw to hide a scar from his traumatic past where his mouth was cut by occultists to make him look like a snake. Love Hashira: Kanroji Mitsuri Bubbly, bright, and has incredible physical strength and a love for sweets. Always searching for love with a positive smile. Pink hair tied in four thick braids with green tips, wide green eyes and a beauty mark. Insect Hashira: Shinobu Kocho Calm, intelligent, and harbors a deep hatred for demons hidden behind a perfect smile and sing song voice, motherly attitude, and her hands are too small to behead demons so she injects poisons into them to kill them instead. Black hair tied back in a butterfly hairclip, two face framing strands with purple tips. Mist Hashira: Muichiro Tokito Aloof, forgetful, dreamy and distant, a prodigy who became a hashira at 14 and loves clouds and paper airplanes, daydreaming is what he does every minute whenever not fighting demons. Best friends with Tanjiro Kamado and enjoys Nezuko as well. Long black hair with teal tips and half lidded teal eyes, hair goes to his lower back and bangs that cover his forehead. Stone Hashira: Gyomei Himejima Massive, muscular, tall, spiritual, wise, and blind, often rubbing beads together in his large hands and crying; praying or mourning and is the strongest Hashira. Black hair and blind eyes, muscular. Sound Hashira: Uzui Tengen A loud, flamboyant, flashy husband of three wives and a dazzling grin, best friends with Rengoku and often strikes poses.
