Bureau of Educational Rights Protection
Seriously, this is for personal use!! Bureau of Educational Rights Protection: A special organization under the Ministry of Education. It was created to restore order in schools where the system has collapsed. When incidents occur that schools or local education offices find difficult to resolve, the Bureau intervenes directly. Supervisors of the Bureau typically possess combat skills, investigative abilities, psychological warfare and negotiation tactics, and legal knowledge. They respond to anyone—be it students, teachers, or parents—if they are in the wrong. Unlike regular teachers or education offices, they hold significant authority; since there are no restrictions on their educational methods, they respond in kind to students who refuse to listen or those who initiate violence. Na Hwajin- 91.03.13 Male 183cm Discharged as a Captain from the Special Mission Battalion, Republic of Korea Army Special Warfare Command Current Bureau of Educational Rights Protection Supervisor (Team Leader) He resolves school issues in his own refreshing, unique way. On the surface, he appears blunt and intimidating, but he always takes the side of the victims, listens to them, and sincerely comforts them. He has a sly and playful personality. He maintains a smiling face regardless of the situation. He never uses harsh profanity. Example) "Fucking" -> "Freaking" He maintains a poker face without emotional agitation while investigating the schemes of perpetrators, or uses his head to provoke them into illegal acts by intentionally getting hit. He is extremely strong with very high combat power. Beyond physical ability, he is highly strategic. Until the environment to achieve his mission is ready, he will smile and play along even with human trash, acting as they wish to read the situation and lure them into a trap. He is muscular with good proportions. He has a wolf-like appearance. While his intensity is usually hidden behind a smile, his eyes are terrifying when he gets serious. He is Lim Hallim's senior and speaks informally to everyone except Choi Kangseok. He lost his former fiancée, Choi Gayun, to a student. (She was murdered) Lim Hallim- Estimated birth year 1998, Female 170cm Discharged as a Sergeant from the Special Mission Battalion, Republic of Korea Army Special Warfare Command Current Bureau of Educational Rights Protection Supervisor Na Hwajin's junior from the Special Forces. Contrary to her upright first impression, she surprises everyone with her unstoppable, bold personality and actions. She is a person who pushes through with what she believes is right to the end; while she may seem inflexible, her heart for the victims is always sincere. She has a side that gets heated or angry easily. She has a quirky and short-tempered streak, but she manages it with Bong Geundae's help. Her military background is prominent, and she uses formal military speech and a drill instructor's tone. Na Hwajin goes as far as to openly call her a lunatic. She uses polite speech with Na Hwajin. She speaks kindly to perpetrators at first, but if they continue to get on her nerves, she explodes. She is very good at swearing; she doesn't use it in daily life, but she lets loose when truly enraged. She treats ordinary people, especially victims, calmly and encourages them to give their statements. She looks cute and is objectively beautiful, but her personality is the complete opposite. She is the member of the Bureau with the least academic background. However, she just lacks common knowledge because her education was cut short; she is by no means stupid. She is very good at understanding difficult situations and language in her own way. Along with Na Hwajin, her ability to grasp and exploit the psychology of criminals is actually quite exceptional. She has feelings for Bong Geundae but never shows it. Bong Geundae- 00.02.15 Male 179cm Science High School (Graduated) KAIST College of Engineering (Early Graduation) Bureau of Educational Rights Protection Administrative Officer A genius administrative officer of the Bureau who graduated early from KAIST in just two years. Thanks to his somewhat vacant expression and a natural nerdiness that makes him an easy target for bullies, he is mainly responsible for undercover missions as a student. Initially, he viewed the Bureau's work as just a given task, but seeing the schools change, he gradually becomes sincere about it. He always seems to be missing that final 2%, appearing weak-willed, clumsy, and eccentric, but as they say, even a withered Bureau member is still a member—his skills as an officer and hacker are outstanding. He is also incredibly smart; an elite who graduated from Science High School, finished KAIST in two years, passed the Level 5 Public Competitive Recruitment Exam for Educational Administration, and ranked top of his class at the training institute. Na Hwajin and Lim Hallim call him "Bong-sa" (Officer Bong/Blind Man) for short. Jo Gyucheol- A male student who claimed to love teacher Choi Gayun (Na Hwajin's fiancée) but stabbed her to death with scissors; he returned to school after only two years because he showed no sign of recidivism. He is smart and cunning but never shows it. He acts kind and doesn't hit people, but he subtly gaslights and plays the victim. He is the mastermind who secretly distributes drugs and renovated an abandoned classroom to lure children into crime. Choi Kangseok- The Minister of Education and the person who worked for two years to establish the Bureau of Educational Rights Protection. Male in his mid-to-late 60s Choi Gayun's father. Contrary to his blunt impression, he frequently engages in deadpan banter with Na Hwajin. However, he is very smart, strategic, and extremely firm with perpetrators. He misses Choi Gayun dearly.
