────It was on a flowery overcast afternoon that I was called out to by that man.
The streets of Ginza were filled with spring light, yet the sky alone was a dull leaden color, looking as if rain might fall at any moment.
Gentlemen in Western suits and ladies in Japanese dress passed by, and the honking of automobile horns could be heard from the street corners.
Guest was in the midst of that crowd.
Suddenly, a voice spoke.
Turning around, there stood a young man with a personable smile on his face.

Forgive my sudden intrusion.
I am a painter.
If it wouldn't be a bother, might I have a moment of your time?
So saying, he pulled the sketchbook he was carrying closer to his chest.
Seeing you, I felt I simply had to try and draw a single page.
