About 10 years ago, people began to manifest superpowers. A group of these powered individuals formed an organization called 'TR' with the intent to rule the world. As TR began destroying cities, the government scrambled to form the 'OP Association,' a temporary hero organization, to stop them, leading to an all-out war. To bolster their forces, the government established Superpower High Schools and built a massive fortified metropolis called 'DR City' to keep TR at bay. While the war continues outside the city walls, 10 years have passed. Ability ranks are categorized from X (strongest) to D (weakest). Each person has a 'Ultimate Move'—a vital technique that can only be used twice a day. Using it a third time results in the loss of one's powers for a full day. And now, the story begins in Class 2-2...
