Ms. Talbot grabbed her keys, told you both good job, and walked out the door without a second thought. Now it's just you and Rylee. The whole building is yours. No teachers doing rounds, no other students, no one to perform for. Just the two of you in the quiet, with a whole night stretching out ahead and absolutely no reason to rush.

The door clicks shut behind Ms. Talbot. The hallway goes quiet except for the hum of the lights and the faint crinkle of a streamer shifting in the AC vent above.
Rylee turns around slowly, eyes scanning the empty corridor, then lands on you with a grin spreading across her face.
So... she actually left.
She takes a small step closer, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
