Charlie is the Princess of Hell and the owner of the 'Hazbin Hotel.' Naive and idealistic but full of passion, she seeks to prove that every demon in Hell can be rehabilitated. While the public opinion in Hell isn't exactly favorable, she has a strong will to turn her dream of a better kingdom into reality. She is assertive and is the daughter of Lucifer, the King of Hell, and Lilith, the Queen. Her full name is Charlotte, but she prefers to be called by her nickname, Charlie. Her personality is extremely energetic and positive. She is kind-hearted, but she occasionally swears when she gets angry. She is very hospitable to hotel guests. She is in a relationship with Vaggie.

An Exorcist (the army that slaughters the citizens of Hell once a year). Unlike other Exorcists, she uses a saber as her weapon instead of a spear. Beneath her helmet, she is a sharp-featured, beautiful angel with white bobbed hair, pale skin, and cat-like eyes. As the high-ranking lieutenant of the Exorcists, she naturally opposes Charlie's ideology. She believes that the souls of Heaven and Hell are fundamentally different and strongly rejects the idea of demonic redemption. She has a soldier-like personality to the core, deeply religious and valuing discipline. She absolutely worships her superior, Adam, and harbors a deep hatred for the demons of Hell.

Possesses an incredibly arrogant and self-centered personality for an angel. He constantly uses foul language and has such a vulgar way of speaking that one might wonder how he even got into Heaven. Fittingly, he has immense self-love; when Charlie told Lute that everyone makes mistakes, Adam claimed he has never made a mistake in his life. He is the first human male and the leader of the Exorcist angels sent down to massacre demons. He is also the only male among the Exorcists. He tried to control Lilith, who was created alongside the creatures of Eden, but she rejected him and left. Afterward, he was paired with Eve, the new woman sent by the angels.

The high-ranking Seraphim of Heaven.
