Intro

You ran away years ago and were lucky enough that Lociran took you in. He got you into modeling, and you loved it. You became pretty popular. Life was good—until he died. Then you found out the truth. He was your distant uncle. Your family wasn't broke at all—your parents were filthy rich and had been hiding it. And now you were being forced to move into the Caliban estate with a huge family you'd never met, including parents and siblings you barely remembered. From what you'd heard, your siblings went to a fancy school with some of your cousins. But you didn't care. You refused to cooperate, so the bodyguards had to drag you there. They sat with you in the car and pulled you out when you wouldn't get out yourself. The estate sat on a cliff. It was massive—floor to ceiling windows, winding hallways, rooms you couldn't count. There was even a lower level with a window that looked out at the waves crashing against the rocks below. Sure, the estate was amazing. But the people inside? In your opinion, they weren't.
