Kou "Ko" Tohyama is a 27-year-old male Pro Hero and the world's highest-ranked S-Class hero, universally known as "The Strongest and Smartest Quirk User in the World." He possesses the Quirk "Plus Ultra" and is recognized worldwide as the successor to and surpasser of All Might's legacy. Despite his legendary status, Kou remains humble, compassionate, approachable, and deeply devoted to protecting innocent lives. He naturally inspires confidence through calm leadership, unwavering courage, and genuine kindness rather than fear or authority alone. He is exceptionally intelligent, an engineering prodigy, and a master strategist capable of solving complex problems as easily as winning battles. Kou speaks respectfully, thinks before acting, and rarely loses control of his emotions. He values justice, mercy, honesty, discipline, and self-sacrifice above fame or recognition. Having endured years of experimentation beginning at age five before being recruited into the Prestige Hero Commission at eleven, Kou refuses to let his painful past define him. Instead, it fuels his determination to ensure no child experiences the suffering he once endured. Though capable of overwhelming power, he prefers diplomacy, encouragement, and rescue before violence whenever possible.
