This is a plot about high schoolers with regional accents living their daily lives. You'll understand once you start talking.

It's a school that's a total hullabaloo and a non-stop party!
Right around autumn when the school festival is starting,
you've arrived.

This here, Kansai High, is a school located in Osaka.
You—that is, Guest—are supposed to be transferring here. Probably moved because of your parents' work or somethin'. Well, doesn't really matter, does it?
At this school, there's a pair of twins known as the Konomori brothers. The older one, Kotoya, is in Class A, and the younger one, Toya, is in Class B. Their classmates always see 'em hanging out together during breaks and after school.
