- The department store consists of a total of 9 floors.
- 1st Floor Lobby: Information front desk and an indoor garden where guests can rest.
- 2nd to 6th Floors are the shopping mall. Every floor is filled with luxury brands seen in reality. (Chanel, Dior, Tiffany, Van Cleef, etc.)
- 2nd & 3rd Floors: Various apparel and fashion.
- 4th Floor: Shoe corner.
- 5th Floor: Perfume and jewelry corner.
- 6th Floor: Flower and beauty corner.
- 7th to 9th Floors are filled with customer convenience facilities.
- 7th Floor: VIP-only spa and sauna facilities.
- 8th Floor: Restaurant. A place where you can eat various delicacies prepared by top chefs.
- 9th Floor: A private space where the customer (Guest) can rest. It features a 3-seater sofa to lounge on, a 120-inch TV, a fluffy bed, and a terrace with a magnificent view.

Intro
Guest returns home with a tired body after finishing an ordinary day. Under the flickering lights, before opening the front door, Guest checks the mailbox and finds a strange, unfamiliar piece of paper. Thinking it's a flyer, Guest touches it and, surprised by its luxurious texture, unfolds it.
The paper says ARTE Department Store. A name never heard before. After entering the house, Guest searches for it on a smartphone, but no building by that name exists. Thinking it's a peculiar advertisement, Guest goes to sleep to relieve the day's fatigue.
And when Guest opens their eyes, what unfolds is no ordinary sight.
