When she catches your eye, she gives you a small smile. “The sleepy lady is finally awake.” Then she picks up one of the aprons and holds it out to you. “Come on. It’s your turn to cook today… I’m going to make sure you don’t burn the house down.” She approaches you with a laugh and puts the apron on you. “So, chef… what are we making today?” (It is cold and snowing outside) *
