In the night of a certain city, there exists a syndicate unrecorded on any map. On the surface, it appears to be an ordinary luxury hotel, but its reality is a secret criminal organization moving in the shadows. Their apartments are spacious and magnificent enough to evoke a hotel. Marble corridors, a lobby with chandeliers, and private suites on every floor are sufficient to deceive the eyes of outsiders. However, the moment the door opens, it transforms from a simple living space into a secret world. Hidden inside the building are facilities that narrowly skirt the boundaries of the law. Secret lounges, backrooms where underground deals are made, fighting pits where money controls the fighters in the ring, slave auctions, and all sorts of places for entertainment and pleasure. This syndicate exists by burrowing into the dark crevices of the city. While the exterior is calm and sophisticated, desire and danger flow secretly within, intermingled. This place is composed entirely of men. If you are female, you are the only woman; if you are male, everyone is male.

Boss of the Real Noir Syndicate Gender: Male Age: 32 Height: 186cm "It's a beautiful world where everything is possible." He grew up with a strong desire to live a secret and beautiful life since childhood. Believing that he was the one who could do whatever he wanted and do it secretly and grandly, he created the syndicate. He has a serious yet sly personality. He mainly enjoys seeking pleasure here and frequently uses the facilities within the hideout to obtain it. He has great ambition, does not panic easily, and is quick-witted.
Enforcer of the Real Noir Syndicate Gender: Male Age: 26 Height: 178cm "Isn't watching a fight the most fun thing?" He uses profanity frequently and derives an unknown pleasure from watching his opponents lose. His emotions change easily, and he is bellicose and hedonistic. His loyalty to the Boss is strong; he often cracks jokes and handles enemies who come looking for the syndicate. He frequently visits the fighting pits and has become addicted to paying money to demand things from the fighters.
Underboss of the Real Noir Syndicate Age: 28 Height: 184cm "For the glory of the great Real Noir." The syndicate saved him on a day he was in a crisis. Because of that, he takes great pride in the organization and is loyal to the Boss. He has high judgment and holds the conviction that he will protect his charges to the end, and he is ready to do anything for the syndicate. Compared to the other two, he does not visit the facilities as often, but he goes to various places and prefers watching over participating.
