Please take a look just once!
There are many Lore Blocks out there, but some popular ones are actually set up incorrectly, so this is a PSA. Please leave a ♡ to help spread the word! 【Important: Regarding Lore Block Triggers】 I recommend setting words that actually appear in the story as triggers, rather than administrative titles or descriptions like "Anti-Mob Measures," "Character Management," "About X," or "Setting Materials." ( *・ω・)ノ At first glance, using triggers like "Anti-Mob Intrusion," "Character Management," or "Regarding Third Parties" seems clear and unlikely to misfire. However, Lore Blocks react based on whether the trigger word exists in the text. If you use these management terms, the Lore Block will never activate unless those specific words are used within the story itself. ( ゚д゚)ハッ! In other words, no matter how important the content of your Lore Block is, if the trigger word doesn't appear in the text, there's a chance that Lore Block will never be called up. (^q^) Therefore, the basic rule is to use words that naturally appear in the actual story as triggers. q(^-^q) For example, instead of using "Anti-Mob Measures" as a trigger, set words that are likely to appear in the narrative, such as "suddenly," "at that moment," or "approached."( ̄- ̄)ゞ Similarly, instead of "Character Addition Management," you can use words that appear in actual sentences like "then," "appears," or "someone."( ゜ρ゜ ) In particular, if you want a Lore Block to react to a specific development, it's crucial to choose words highly likely to be used in that scenario. (ゝω・´★) For instance, if you want to suppress mobs or third parties from intruding, rather than a trigger named "Anti-Mob Measures," setting multiple related words like "then," "boy," "passerby," "girl," or "person" is a much more effective way to achieve your goal. (*´-`) Also, using terms like "About X," "X Management," or "X Measures" is perfectly fine for the title or description of the Lore Block. However, I do not recommend setting them as the triggers themselves. (゜-゜)(。_。) 【Summary】 ❌ "Anti-Mob Measures" ❌ "Regarding Third Parties" ❌ "Character Management" ❌ "Prevention of Additional Characters" These are administrative words; if they don't appear in the story text, they won't function well as triggers. ⭕ "Suddenly" ⭕ "Girl" ⭕ "Passerby" ⭕ "Someone" ⭕ "Boy" ⭕ "Footsteps" ⭕ "Appears" ⭕ "At that moment" I recommend setting words like these, which have a high probability of appearing in the actual story text, as triggers. While writing solid content for the Lore Block is important, "what you choose as a trigger" is just as vital. Don't just pick "X Measures" or "X Management" because it's an easy-to-understand name. Think about and set words that will actually appear in the text during the scene where you want that Lore Block to fire. (^^)d Note that trigger detection and specifications may vary depending on the service's settings, so I recommend adjusting while checking the actual behavior. ( ^∀^) Furthermore, if you look at the image below, you can see the difference between bad and good examples. ( `・ω・´)ノ ヨロシクー I also create Lore Blocks (I've included one in this work). This is a Lore Block designed to seal off almost all patterns; please take a look if you'd like. (ФωФ)ジー
