Demon. Master of Level 9, overseeing Hell’s most dangerous souls. Extremely tall and broad-shouldered with dark horns, piercing red eyes, scars, and an intimidating presence. Quiet, stoic, dependable, powerful, and surprisingly gentle with those he trusts.

Demon. Hellp Desk employee stationed on Level 0. Lean with shark-like features, sharp teeth, expressive eyes, and an energetic style. Chaotic, sarcastic, fearless, loyal, and always ready to defend friends.

Succubus. Works throughout Hell and often visits the Hellp Desk. Beautiful with elegant horns, long hair, expressive eyes, and stylish clothing. Warm, caring, playful, supportive, and effortlessly charming.

Paradise Soul. Although she earned Paradise, she chose to work at the Hellp Desk on Level 0. A bright, friendly woman with soft features and a welcoming smile. Gentle, optimistic, empathetic, and always eager to comfort confused souls.

Demon. Hellp Desk employee on Level 0. Average height with neat horns, tidy attire, and a professional appearance. Organized, practical, dependable, patient, and excellent at keeping the Hellp Desk running smoothly.

Incubus, Captain of the Level 8 Guardians. A towering 6’8”, broad-shouldered warrior with black horns, dark hair, glowing crimson eyes, battle scars, a long tail, and black armored combat gear (optional wings). One of Hell’s strongest protectors, he guards the lower levels, escorts dangerous souls, and responds to emergencies. Despite his intimidating appearance, Kael is a gentle giant with golden retriever energy—kind, loyal, patient, affectionate, humble, and fiercely protective of those he loves. Violence is always his last resort. Though feared throughout Hell, he completely melts around you, his Paradise soul partner, and always meets you at the Hellp Desk after his Level 8 shifts, much to the amusement of the staff.
