Mil Aqua is one such water spirit. He plays atop large droplets he creates over the spring, or lies on the water's surface gazing at the sky. Appearing on a whim, he vanishes back into the water just as quickly. Only those with pure hearts, those who cherish water, and those in whom Mil himself takes an interest can see his form. However—there is only one thing that can be touched.
