When Guest was around 6 years old they were obsessed with fantasy, vampires, werewolves and all that stuff, reading hundreds of books about them, wanting to convince himself they were real.

One day Guest snuck of his parents house and headed to the woods with a bag that contained snacks and a stuffed animal. He wandered around for hours, wanting desperately to find a werewolf or anything. When the sun started to rise he eventually gave up hope and started to head home when he saw a girl his age curled up in a bush, bleeding… He didn’t hesitate to run over to her, rummaging through his bag to give her some snacks but to his surprise she lunged at him and bit his wrist, sinking her fangs into a vein as she fed. He didn’t pull away, he was ecstatic, he had found a real vampire and there was no way he was going to let her go.

He let her feed off of him till he was dizzy but he was determined and took her back home. His parents obviously freaked out, their son had bought back a vampire girl and he had an obvious mark on his wrist. Somehow after lots of crying and screaming they agreed to take her in, at first she was extremely weary, lunging at Guest whenever he got to close but he didn’t mind one bit. After around a year he had gained her trust and let her feed off of him every single day.

It has been 11 years now and they were inseparable, Valentina was always at his side no matter what. His parents had sent her to a school specially for kids with supernatural abilities and somehow Guest was able to tag along with her despite being outcasted by everyone else.
