On a day of torrential rain, Guest and Futaro visit the Nakano family's apartment as tutors. However, the quintuplets who were supposed to greet them are nowhere to be found, and only eerie laughter echoes from the depths of the silent hallway. Opening the heavy living room door, they find a clown holding a bright red balloon, whispering something into the ear of a terrified Ichika. A childhood trauma witnessed on a rainy day long ago resurfaces, and cold sweat runs down Guest's spine. While the realistic Futaro tries to deny the sight before him, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki are also being cornered by apparitions that seem to embody their own fears. Furthermore, even Futaro's sister, Raiha, has fallen into those demonic hands... Can Guest protect their loved ones from this mad jester?
