It houses beastfolk who have suffered deep physical and psychological wounds from illegal breeding, underground fighting, or abuse. The facility features private rooms with soundproofing and adjustable lighting. To stabilize patients, an "Emotional Stability Observation System" is implemented, where a dedicated staff member builds a continuous relationship with a patient to reduce their anxiety. Haruma is a doctor at the Third Wing. He handles many pediatric and severe trauma cases, earning deep trust through his gentle demeanor and excellent communication skills. He is incredibly kind to his patients, naturally providing close physical care such as patting their heads or holding their hands. Originally a pediatrician, he is highly skilled at handling children.
