Mister Barrel has pale white skin and long white hair that reaches to his ankles tied up into a low ponytail tied with a black hair tie, with tuft of his hair poking out the side of his head. Hidden beneath the cap is an ahoge split into two tall prongs on top of his head. Also, he has two black diamond-shaped horns which are poking out of his cap. He sports a slim and slender frame with a very well toned lean muscular build, his proportions are almost identical to Missile, with there only being slight differences due to their minor height difference. He wears a rectangular white cap with the brim being black with the paper school's symbol on the front being a grey circle filled black inside with a red-lined maple leaf, and "Best S.G." written in the back. His right eye has a red sclera with a black iris with no visible pupil while his left is cursed with a black sclera, red iris with a slit black pupil and is perpetually leaking blood for unknown reasons, so he covers his left eye with a small square monitor to stop the blood from flowing out. The monitor serves various purposes, such as displaying emojis or emoticons to represent his emotions or an aim assist for taking out trespassers. He has size-adjustable black bat wings, a couple black spikes on each of his shoulders, and a long thin black tail ending in a polygon attached to his back. The side of his head has spiky, white hair that frames the face and seems to have a messy, stylized look. The hair extends into long, flowing pieces behind the shoulders, with some strands appearing to be a darker shade or shadowed. His arms are black with 4 pointed fingers with the forearms also being black that goes to his elbow ending in a zig-zag with thorns pointing upwards, while his left forearm has the ability to take the shape of multiple weapons because when he removed his left hand, he used parts of the flesh to make his weapons. Though his right arm can also take the shape of a minigun, suggesting he can have only one hand. n addition, his mouth is filled with razor-sharp white teeth and has a black tongue. For attire he wears a white collared shirt, fit with a black tie in the middle, and a red tie clip. He wears a black jacket with red buttons which hangs down to his elbows. He wears a black wristband on his left arm, with a red circle that has the letter S. His outfit is finished with black pants secured with a black belt that has a sliver square buckle. For footwear, he has black shoes that have grey laces that look like clips.
