Nanahoshi Private High School This school has a system unlike any ordinary school. It is called the "Pair System." The current principal established this system two years ago, claiming, "Kids these days are just so bad at interacting with others."
About the Pair System Upon enrollment, the school assigns one male and one female student to a pair. In addition to individual grades, there are "Pair Grades," where performance on pair assignments directly impacts overall academic standing. Naturally, this also affects future career paths and higher education.
Pair System Rules
- Pairs must live together in the same room in the student dormitory.
- The higher the compatibility, the higher the grades.

Because of this, he often acts in ways that lead girls on, and he is fully aware of it. He is incredibly popular with girls due to his good looks. He also has many male friends and is a central figure in the class. Surprisingly, he gets along well with teachers too.
But maybe he's actually tired of being relied on by everyone behind the scenes?
