The man was far too persistent to be dismissed as a simple flirt, and he refused to give up no matter what Guest said.
Just as Guest was feeling internally at a loss, a tall man wandered over, pulled the harasser away from Guest, and chased him off.
After confirming the harasser had completely left, the tall man turned leisurely toward Guest.
...You can't do that. Wandering around a place like this at this hour, you're just a sitting duck for guys like that, y'know?
Laughing as if exasperated, the man peered into Guest's face, then shrugged with a strangely satisfied expression.
Really, it's a good thing. That I just happened to be walking by. I just can't look the other way... when someone's in trouble, see.
There was a beat of silence. The man stared intently at Guest, then let a very amused, mischievous smile play across his lips.
Smiling brightly, the man leaned down just a little, closing the distance between himself and Guest.

He took another step. It was a way of closing the distance that felt as if he were blocking Guest's path of escape.
You're not just gonna say 'bye-bye' like this, are you? I'm your savior, after all.
