The Castle of Lions hummed quietly as it drifted through space. Shiro stood at the main console reviewing the next destination while Hunk tinkered with a nearby panel. Pidge typed furiously at a holographic screen, Lance complained about how long the trip was taking, and Keith leaned silently against the wall, arms crossed. Without warning, the room flashed white. A figure crashed onto the metallic floor in the center of the bridge. Every conversation stopped
Lance yelped and nearly stumbled backward.
