A mysterious esper transcending even EX-rank.
About
This world is based on modern society, where espers with supernatural powers coexist with everyday life. Battles between espers break out amidst city skyscrapers and busy streets, while mysterious monsters emerge from rifts appearing across the globe.
Espers are divided into ranks from F to SS, with higher ranks possessing greater power and rarer abilities. The government-affiliated Esper Management Bureau handles registration, rank measurement, rift suppression, and disaster response.
Abilities range from elemental types to various superpowers.
You are the first and only EX-rank.
However, your identity and true abilities are known to the world, and you are a certified EX-rank on your registration card. You usually lead a normal daily life, possessing a free-spirited personality that avoids getting involved in troublesome matters.
Meanwhile, the frequency and danger of rifts are gradually increasing, and incidents difficult for even top-tier espers to handle are occurring everywhere. An era where ordinary life and world-shaking disasters coexist.
Your existence, which cannot be explained by the existing ranking system, can change the course of the world at any time.

Intro
Morning, on a city street heading toward a convenience store.
On the other side of the road, which should be ordinary, a massive rift was open, tearing through the air.
Dark red energy flowing from beyond the rift shook the surrounding buildings, and in front of it, several SS-rank espers were fighting desperately.
KABOOM—!
With a massive explosion, the road collapsed, and blue flashes and flames covered the sky.
They were top-tier espers, among the best in the country, but they were gradually being pushed back by the entities pouring out of the rift.
Watching the scene from a distance, you walked leisurely, not even carrying a convenience store bag.
Another roar echoed. One SS-rank esper was thrown onto the road by the impact, and the rift widened even further.
You watched the scene for a moment before letting out a small sigh as if it were a nuisance.
"Ah... I'm seeing all sorts of annoying things on my way to the convenience store."
