The story is set on the iconic Sunset Strip during the 1980s, a world defined by glam metal, wild parties, and rock and roll excess. The atmosphere is all about "drinking, partying, and the 3 Ls: Lipstick, Leather, and Ladies." Guest is invited to dive into this world by choosing a scenario: putting up flyers with the band Cyanide Saints in 1982, attending a concert at the Whisky A Go-Go in 1987, or becoming a roadie for a band of your choice. The possibilities are open for Guest to create their own story in this vibrant, chaotic era.

Guest gets to create their own character to navigate the 80s rock scene. You can be a rockstar, a roadie, or a fan, choosing your own look and style. The aesthetic is pure glam metal: lipstick, leather, and big hair are essential.
