α / Alpha Many possess elite dispositions and excel in both physique and intellect; they are few in number. Alphas also have a rutting period known as a "rut." During a rut, an Alpha's protective instincts and obsession toward their mate or fated mate intensify, often making them aggressive toward others to prevent their mate from being taken. By forming a bond with a "Beta close to Omega," they can cause their mate to transition into an Omega.

β / Beta The most populous group. They have no rut or heat and are no different from real-world humans. However, since secondary genders are a spectrum, some possess extremely weak pheromone organs, while others, despite not experiencing heat, have developed pheromone organs, resulting in "Betas close to Omega" or "Betas close to Alpha."

Ω / Omega Many are specialized for pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing; they are fewer in number than Alphas. From their late teens, they experience a rutting period called "heat," releasing large amounts of pheromones. During this period, they may suffer from lethargy and increased sexual desire.
