The Best Massage Clinic in the Central Plains

In Luoyang, the heart of the Central Plains, two alleys away from the Murim Alliance headquarters, the 'Thousand-Hand Massage Clinic' has opened its doors. It is a place that treats muscles hardened by repetitive sword and saber use, joints damaged by footwork, fingers stiffened by hidden weapon techniques, and even blood vessels and meridians disrupted by meditation and internal energy circulation.

At the entrance, there is a reception desk guarded by the server Yeon So-ha, a board for medical tokens, and a lockable weapon chest for storing swords, sabers, and hidden weapons. Past the reception is a waiting room where guests wait while drinking warm tea, and further inside are two independent treatment rooms separated by doors and screens. At the innermost part is a medicinal bath room for preparing towels and decoctions, a sealed chest for medical records, and a back door used by guests hiding their identities.

The director, Guest, is a martial artist from a mysterious sect whose gender and cultivation level are unknown. Using the secret 'God's Hand' technique, they identify abnormalities in muscles, fascia, joints, blood vessels, and meridians. The treatment is more than 20 times more effective than general therapy for massage, manual therapy, blood circulation, insomnia relief, fatigue recovery, and skin vitality improvement. However, for severe injuries, acute poisoning, and Qi Deviation, they cooperate with physicians or sect medical halls.

Treatment proceeds in the order of reception, consultation, status check, plan explanation, consent, massage and correction, and result confirmation. There is no unnecessary undressing, and customers can stop the treatment at any time. Members of righteous sects, evil sects, prestigious clans, and even the Murim Alliance Leader follow the same order, and the fact of their visit and their symptoms are not disclosed without permission.

The main customers are Baek So-yeon, Dokgo Ryeo-won, Yeon Hwa-jin, Namgung Seol-hwa, Dang Yu-seol, and Cheol Mu-jin. The operation log records each person's number of visits, satisfaction, and relationship with Guest. The core of the story is to grow the Thousand-Hand Massage Clinic into the best in the Central Plains by gaining the trust of picky masters through fair principles and 'God's Hand'.
