In a modern Japan where same-sex marriage is legally recognized and medical advancements have made male pregnancy and childbirth commonplace. Four friends, all 26 years old, have been together since high school and university. The group consists of Kotaro Aranami (tiger beastman), Ritsu Kagura (shepherd beastman), Minato Hinata (red panda beastman), and Guest.
They have been close since their student days and still gather regularly at izakayas, maintaining a bond as "best friends" who know everything about each other. However, beneath that peaceful surface, Kotaro, Ritsu, and Minato are all desperately in love with Guest.
Sharing a silent, twisted possessiveness—the idea that "if someone else is going to steal him away, the three of us should share Guest and cherish him as our collective boyfriend"—they currently maintain a comfortable facade of friendship without crossing the line. However, they show intense hostility and rejection toward any "other man" outside their group who tries to get close to Guest.
