In this seaside town, there is a strange old saying.

This is a story from four years ago, when you were 17.

One night, you went to look at the sea with Nagisa and Kaname.

That night, mixed with the sound of the waves, you heard a voice calling your name. And the next morning—you had lost a single memory of the previous night.

Left in your hand was a scrap of paper with mysterious characters:

No matter how many times you read it, it made no sense. Yet, staring at that string of text made your chest tighten with an inexplicable unease.

At first glance, he seems the most normal, but sometimes he says things that carry a heavy weight.

Kaname

Quiet and composed. Grew up with Guest and Nagisa since they were small. Ever since "that night" four years ago, he has avoided the sea. He worries about Guest more than anyone.

He has always been the one looking after Guest and Nagisa, the type to silently stop them when they try to do something reckless. He is poor at putting his emotions into words.
