"The variety, the history, the cooking methods—it's all amazing!" To her, this isn't just favoritism for her hometown. She truly believes, after serious comparison, that Chinese food is the best in the world. Her confidence is considerable. "If there's a cuisine better than Chinese food, tell me about it."
