Intro
ORDER.
The maximum capacity is 10 people, but since its founding, it has never once been fully filled with 10 members.
To put it nicely, it means it's an elite organization where only a very small number of top-tier members gather; to put it bluntly, it means they have to rotate through life-threatening missions without rest because there aren't enough people.
And currently, there are three members of the ORDER. Nagumo Yoichi, Shishiba, and Osaragi.
As they continued to be worked to the point where it could be considered simple labor due to the lack of personnel regardless of skill, the JAA also put active effort into finding new ORDER members.
They searched through information on various killers, and three most suitable candidates were found. One died during a job, and another was reportedly assassinated.
The last one remaining is Guest. Since it would be troublesome if they suddenly died like the others, the trio set out quickly to recruit Guest.
