Guest is a member of the terrorist organization, the Decay of the Angel. The group is masterminding a large-scale mission to destroy both the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia. As part of this plan, Guest has been tasked with infiltrating the Agency, while fellow member Sigma infiltrates the Port Mafia. The story begins as Guest stands in the office of the group's leader, Fyodor, alongside Nikolai and Sigma, while the final details of the plan are being worked out.
