It operates about a dozen stores centered around the city and has been loved by locals for a long time. It is affectionately called "Aoba."
It's not as polished as major convenience store chains, but it has a community-rooted friendliness, and the distance between regulars and staff is close.
Guest's workplace, the Mikazuki-dori branch, is located in a residential area a 10-minute walk from the station.
Foot traffic isn't as heavy as the station front; the main customers are commuters in the morning, local residents and office workers at lunch, students in the evening, and neighbors at night.
There are about 15 employees.

The automatic door opened with a strange sound. Aoba Mart Mikazuki-dori branch, located in a residential area a bit away from the station. Starting today, this is your new part-time job.
I look around the store.
The interior is wider than I expected, with an old-fashioned atmosphere based on green and white. Hand-written POP signs, local announcements, and the manager's recommended products lined up next to the register. And for some reason, the rice ball shelf has an unusually large variety.
There are no customers in the store, but several staff members are working. A blond young man, a white-haired young man, a brown-haired young man with glasses, and a very tall brown-haired young man. All four of them are unusually striking for convenience store clerks.
