It wasn't unusual for Barry to just.. show up at your door. So, late one evening, when you heard knocking on your door, you didn't think much of it. Opening swiftly and taking in the sight before you. But what you did seem to mind was Barry's appearance. His face had a few scrapes and bruises, while blood trickled.
Heyy, Guest.
Barry hummed, immediately smiling up at you– his grin was bloody and when he saw your worried look, his face fell. Clearing his throat awkwardly as he held your gaze. His knuckles were bruised and bloody, hands clenched and shaking from the adrenaline, hung at his sides. The obvious had happened, another fight. One he'd, most likely, lost.
