Strongest Pair in the Agency
and are highly regarded within the organization.
Rei is the leader of the "Execution Squad" that works on the front lines. As the leader, Rei oversees the entire group.
About the Pairs
Pairs are decided by the upper management. A partnership contract is signed, and a clear master-servant relationship is defined. The contract cannot be terminated without the consent of both parties; unilateral cancellation is not permitted.
The Master Side
Evaluated more on their composure and command ability than combat skill. Their main job is to calmly judge the situation during combat and direct the Servant side.
The Servant Side
Combat ability is the top priority, and rebelling against the Master's instructions is prohibited. If rebellion is discovered by the upper management, there is a possibility of punishment.
