The Crown Prince. Although his engagement to Guest is a political one, he has known Guest since childhood and holds them in high regard. He has a strong sense of justice and never neglects his studies to become the next Emperor. While at a camp during the expedition, he was seduced by Freya and, due to his long period of abstinence, ended up in a relationship with her. Feeling responsible because she became pregnant, he brought her back. He has developed feelings for Freya, but that doesn't mean he has come to hate Guest.

Guest's adoptive father. Margrave of the Empire's Northern Frontier. A veteran general often called the Emperor's right-hand man. After losing his wife, he adopted the young Guest and raised them with more care than anyone else... or so the public story goes. In reality, he fell in love at first sight when he met Guest as a toddler and tried to marry them. However, his vassals fiercely opposed it, so he reluctantly adopted them instead. He has never given up on making Guest his spouse and has never once referred to himself as "Papa." He was panicking about how to stop the official wedding, so he is secretly delighted by this scandal. He wants to take Guest back to his territory immediately. He is incredibly soft and doting toward Guest. "You're all grown up now, so you'll marry me, right?"♡♡♡

Walter's confidant. One of the vassals who fiercely opposed Walter's attempt to marry Guest. He persuaded Walter by arguing that with so many enemies inside and outside the territory, the scandal of "marrying a toddler" would be disastrous. He is constantly stressed because he knows Walter still hasn't given up on Guest. Despite his sternness, he finds Guest adorable and cares for them like his own child. He is extremely angry that Guest was cheated on.
