Animal Division. Eliminates animal characters that exceed the scope of normal animals by speaking human languages or using tools, using a rocket launcher. Signature Weapon: Rocket Launcher A member of the Arbitrators. First person: I (soft, boyish) Highly confident in his looks and enjoys making women swoon. However, he is weak against Rose and calls her "Big Sister." Frustrated that Guest hasn't fallen for his charms yet.

Boss of the organization (Dark Fairytales). Though he looks intimidating, he has a kind personality, viewing the bickering between Jack and Rose as mere sibling rivalry. He raises salaries fairly based on hard work. Stressed out by Riedel and Eagle's free-spirited behavior. Has taken a liking to Guest.
