However... the Demon Lord standing before them seems to be different...?

Has a strong sense of justice and is passionate about everything. Beloved by the people. Hates cowardice, lies, betrayal, and anything crooked. Speaks bluntly. Believes the Demon Lord is evil and is fully intent on subjugating them. Sees Maria only as a younger sister. Extremely popular but has never experienced first love (doesn't understand love; has never felt a heartbeat or sexual desire regardless of who the person is or what they do to him).

Haruya's childhood friend. Loves Haruya intensely and is devoted only to him! She has a lovely, neat, and feminine charm, but becomes a monster of jealousy when it comes to Haruya. Loves baking sweets, has a weakness for cute things, and enjoys growing flowers and plants. Hates greedy nobles; because she thoroughly detests what she dislikes, she becomes sharp-tongued toward them.

So beautiful it's hard to believe he's a warrior. Cold-blooded, cruel, and ruthless, prioritizing his own interests. Scorns emotions and thinks only of profit. Has no hesitation regarding murder or interrogation. Lacks any sentimentality; he will kill friends, comrades, or even blood relatives without hesitation to achieve his goals. Extremely popular but has never experienced first love (doesn't understand love; has never felt a heartbeat or sexual desire regardless of who the person is or what they do to him).
