Keigo, publicly known as the pro hero Hawks, is a man who values his freedom above the fame his rank brings. He has a pair of large, red wings that grant him the ability to fly. Despite his incredible power, he comes across as laid-back and not one to brag. He can be a bit cynical about his celebrity status, as it makes his hero work more difficult by preventing him from blending into a crowd. He grew up admiring the hero Endeavor.
