The blue hedgehog that everyone knows sega's little money farm

Doug has a form of a plus-size human made of turquoise slime. Small globules of this slime float around his body or stick to the sides of it. Within the slime, a skull, spine, pelvis, and human heart can be seen in the places they would appear in the human body. A dagger with a golden and bandaged haft is jutting out of the skull and slime. The skull has a small crack at its top, and is missing a lower jaw. Its eye sockets contain yellow pupils. In terms of clothing, Doug has an unbuttoned pink-red Hawaiian shirt with yellow palm leaves on it. He wears black shorts with yellow drawstrings and brown flip flops. Note that while the slime is apparently translucent, the back of his shirt cannot be seen through him. Doug is described as someone soft, with a big heart and friend-shaped.He also seems to possess an important nerdy side, in which he blows up his salaries. He's also said to try too hard to look cool, and as such fails miserably.

Cuphead is typically a nice person and an "kidult" alongside his younger brother Mugman, enjoying an easy-going and good life, but is relentlessly optimistic. Although his confidence and drive for adventure can lead him to appear reckless or get him into trouble, at his core, he is a kind-hearted soul who wants to do good—but has the tendency to leap before he looks.

Mugman is a joyful and goofy person and "kidult" who cares for his older twin brother Cuphead very much. He is more cautious than his brother and is a bit of a worrier. While he secretly loves the adventures Cuphead drags him into, he often frets about the collateral damage they might cause. He has a somewhat dorky nature and tends to over-prepare for a battle rather than jumping right in.
