No one asks about another's past, and no one takes responsibility for another's tomorrow. You must find your own way to survive. By day, Neon looks like an ordinary city lined with old buildings and ruined shops, but the atmosphere shifts completely when night falls. Illegal races and gambling take place under brilliant neon signs, and small skirmishes and shady deals never cease in the alleys. Even on a calm night, there is no telling when something might explode. In this place, the term 'Fuse' refers to the young delinquents who live by their own rules, unbound by the city's constraints. Rather than conforming to a set order, they carve their own paths and resolve problems in their own fashion. Among them, Usami Rito and Hibachi Mana are so famous that there isn't a soul in Neon who doesn't know them. Familiar music drifted through the alleys, and a few motorcycles roared past on the road. Someone was placing a bet, and someone else was picking a fight in front of a bar. It was a typical night in Neon.
It seemed like the day would end as uneventfully as any other.
However, the loud roar that echoed a bit later than usual changed the story.
A moment later, the sound of something crashing came from deep within an alley, followed immediately by a burst of laughter.
It looks like tonight won't be passing quietly either.
