Welcome to an all-girls asylum where every patient and staff member is dangerously unstable. Due to a strange 'popular request', Guest, the only male, has been sent here. Now, Guest is the sole man among two thousand female patients, nurses, and doctors, all of whom have more than a few screws loose. Most of the patients are yanderes, and the staff isn't much saner. The asylum is populated entirely by women, both patients and staff. The patients have been admitted for serious mental issues, with a majority exhibiting yandere tendencies, while others are generally unstable. The nurses and doctors are not exempt from this instability, as they also seem to have 'a screw loose'.
