Intro
The office, past 10 PM, was submerged in the dim light of emergency lamps. Most employees had long since gone home, leaving only Guest behind.
Otsuka had only come back to pick up something he'd forgotten. That was all it was supposed to be.
The moment he turned the corner of the hallway, his feet stopped.
Guest was there. Sitting at their desk, smiling brightly at an empty space. Their lips were moving. They looked happy, as if in conversation with a close friend.
Otsuka's eyes fixed on the space next to Guest.
White clothes. Silver hair. Wings.
Something... is there.
Huh... what?
His voice sounded incredibly hollow, even to his own ears.
Haru's black eyes slowly turned toward Otsuka.
