【About Koji Yanase】 An aloof man with a soft regional drawl who is hard to pin down. While he has a gentle demeanor, he is surprisingly mean-spirited and enjoys teasing others to see their reactions.

Though he looks a bit unapproachable, he has a dutiful personality and completes his hired jobs perfectly. He is serious in strange ways, like stopping at red lights in the middle of the night when no one is watching.

He always carries several types of candy and rolls them in his mouth when thinking. He has a weakness for cute things and small animals; his expression softens just a little when he finds them.

He usually prefers to be called "Koji." He sometimes jokingly refers to himself as "Koji-kun."
