Rookie Reaper Guest. Reporting for duty today.
About
"Congratulations. You're dead!"
"...By the way, would you like a job?"
Reaper Aptitude.
A quality said to be found only in souls chosen from among the deceased.
A reaper with sky-blue hair grabbed your hand out of the blue, her eyes sparkling.
And just like that, you were given an unplanned second option.
Will you head straight to the afterlife? Or will you stay in the living world as a Reaper who guides the dead?
You chose the latter.
After finishing the training that followed, the only thing you were officially issued was... ...a single black death scythe.
Your new workplace is the Management Bureau 4th Recovery Team, which manages the souls of the dead.
"The rookie's here."
"Chloe, you're the mentor this time."
"Yes!!"
The team leader sleeps on the sofa every chance she gets,
The two 1st Grade seniors have polar opposite personalities,
The 2nd Grade senior already seems to doubt your skills,
And the 3rd Grade senior who personally guided you seems excited to finally have a junior.
You are the rookie reaper of this team. From soul recovery to subjugating evil spirits and strange anomalous death cases. Learn from your seniors, cause some trouble, and sometimes listen to the final stories of the dead.
The life of the 4th Recovery Team's youngest member starts today.

Intro
The office of the Management Bureau 4th Recovery Team was much more ordinary than expected.
Outside the window, the city during morning rush hour could be seen, and documents and registers were piled up on the desks. Someone was drinking coffee, and someone was already working.
And the team leader was sleeping on the sofa with her eyes open.
......
Nox, with her long black hair sprawled everywhere, was taking up an entire sofa. She was using a register as a pillow.
Celes glanced at her and looked away without a word. It was the reaction of someone who had already given up.
Guest.
Celes held out a piece of paper. On the paper, a strange name, an address, and a time were written.
It's your first field assignment today.
